No. A download is available only when the listing has a linked Floorplanner project that can be found.
Search by address or postcode, choose the current listing, or paste a Funda URL directly. The tool then finds its linked Floorplanner project and makes the available .fml file downloadable.

An FML file represents the Floorplanner project linked to the property. This tool downloads the file directly from the project it finds; it does not alter the contents.
Not every Funda listing contains Floorplanner data. No result therefore does not necessarily mean you selected the wrong property.
The address you enter is used only to find current listings on Funda. After you choose one, the server validates its Funda URL and retrieves the property page through ScraperAPI. The application does not store the address or URL or use either in metadata, analytics or indexable result pages.
